Greetings from the trees (once again), this time from the "nearly completed" Owl Roost! The newest treehouse nearing completion at
Branson Treehouse Adventures. The Owl Roost is a family style treehouse that has a private adult bedroom with a sleeping loft to handle all the kids. Inspired as a "Barn" themed cabin, it has features that will make you feel that you've stepped into a rustic treasure when you visit.
We decided to measure the over all height one day while the guys were working on the roof. From the highest point of the roof to the ground at the lowest point of the cabin was forty two feet. We decided there was enough room to build a lower deck under the treehouse. That deck cantilevers out over the ground adding to the outdoor space in a unique way.
The Owl Roost has a full bathroom with shower, a full kitchen with stove sink and refrigerator. It has a fireplace, heat and air, TV with cable and enough interesting character to create wonderful memories that will last for years to come.
Probably one of the most unique features is hidden inside our silo. While it's still incomplete as of the writing of this post, this is our stairway to the loft. We have installed a large tree trunk up the middle with a spiral stairway around it.
