The Owl Roost - New Treehouse

Greetings from the trees (once again), this time from the "nearly completed" Owl Roost! The newest treehouse nearing completion at Branson Treehouse Adventures. The Owl Roost is a family style treehouse that has a private adult bedroom with a sleeping loft to handle all the kids. Inspired as a "Barn" themed cabin, it has features that will make you feel that you've stepped into a rustic treasure when you visit.

We decided to measure the over all height one day while the guys were working on the roof. From the highest point of the roof to the ground at the lowest point of the cabin was forty two feet. We decided there was enough room to build a lower deck under the treehouse. That deck cantilevers out over the ground adding to the outdoor space in a unique way.

The Owl Roost has a full bathroom with shower, a full kitchen with stove sink and refrigerator. It has a fireplace, heat and air, TV with cable and enough interesting character to create wonderful memories that will last for years to come.

Probably one of the most unique features is hidden inside our silo. While it's still incomplete as of the writing of this post, this is our stairway to the loft. We have installed a large tree trunk up the middle with a spiral stairway around it.

Well, here we are again, right in the middle of building another treehouse. This one will make 6 all together.  And once again we are looking to you to help us with a name!

We will be giving away a FREE night in this or one of our other treehouses to the person who provides the perfect name for this new treehouse cabin.

Some of the features in this cabin will be that it is a family style cabin with a private adult bedroom plus a sleeping loft for up to 4 children in bunks. (we will allow additional kids at no cost but you must provide your own sleeping bags, air mattresses or even tents for the extras). Cabin amenities will include, heat and air, satellite TV, a kitchen, bathroom with shower, fireplace, back deck, lower deck under the treehouse and a coffee deck in a nearby tree. This cabin will also have a "barn" style appearance.

The treehouse is due for completion in the Spring of 2017, however as of mid-January, we do not have an exact completion date set.
