REALLY, I NEED YOUR HELP!
We are getting very close to finalizing the purchase of our tree house resort property. I'm still thinking that we'll have it done by May 1st.
We plan to construct two tree houses immediately. We are going to do one that will sleep 2 adults and up to 3 kids. The other one will be more secluded, romantic and designed with couples in mind. It will have Jacuzzi tub, fire place and private out-door amenities.
Our Problem................. Which should we do first. We expect that one will be completed about 3-4 weeks ahead of the other. I want to know which one to build first. So.......I'm asking for your help.

ReplyDeletei would say build the couples option first....families are more likely to base their decision on cost, while couples are more likely to base theirs on a 'new experience'.
ReplyDeleteplus with summer in full swing, you will have heavy competition for family rates at other places....and your cozy couples cabin will be ready in time for the fall/winter season.
I would definitely go for the family unit first... we are a very close family and always wanted to build a treehouse...this would be a great experience! Who says you have to grow up!!

ReplyDeleteEither will be great~!! But, God says put your spouse second right after HIM, so I'm going with romantic!! Or build the family and offer it with or without candles! :-)
